  • Yes. Alderidge FC Arctic Wolves is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 41-4319274. Please retain your donation receipt for your tax records.

  • Every dollar you give goes directly to supporting our players and our mission. Donations help cover field rental costs, referee fees, club insurance, equipment, and scholarships for families facing financial hardship. We use Zeffy as our payment platform, which charges zero merchant fees so 100% of your contribution reaches the club rather than being absorbed by processing fees (Zeffy may request a "tip" to help pay for the cost of their services but this is strictly voluntary). As a volunteer-run organization, we don't pay administrative salaries so the operational overhead stays minimal and your donation has maximum impact on the field.

  • Absolutely! We're a volunteer-powered club and we're always grateful for parents and community members who want to contribute. There are lots of ways to help: assistant coaching, team management, fundraising and sponsor outreach, field setup, equipment management, board service, and more. Whether you have a few hours a season or want a more substantial role, we'd love to hear from you. Email president@alderidgefc.org to start a conversation. Please note that all volunteers who interact with players will need to complete a background check before working with the team.

  • Yes and we're genuinely grateful for them. Useful in-kind donations include training equipment (cones, balls, pinnies, goals), gently used youth cleats and shin guards for our scholarship inventory, professional services (legal, accounting, etc.), and goods or services for fundraising auctions. Before sending anything, please email president@alderidgefc.org so we can confirm the donation is something we can put to good use. For tax purposes, the donor is responsible for determining the fair market value of in-kind contributions; we'll provide a written acknowledgment of receipt for your records.

  • Yes, and we're honored when families choose to support the club this way. When making your donation through Zeffy, simply add a note in the comments field indicating whether the gift is in honor of or in memory of someone, along with the name of the person being recognized and (if you'd like) the contact information of the family or honoree so we can send them a card acknowledging the gift. We'll never share the donation amount, and we'll always check with you before publishing any acknowledgment in club communications.
